I call Orlando a “staycation” because it’s literally right next door and so easy to drive over for a spontaneous weekend. My mom and I spent her birthday there and it was the perfect little getaway. We usually do a girls weekend in Orlando for each of our birthdays every year. So about every 6 months or so we visit for a fun, relaxing shopping trip 🙂 Four Seasons is so accommodating and beautiful, you really don’t even need to leave the hotel. But if you are up for some shopping, I love being a quick 5 minutes away from Downtown Disney! During these hot summer months, the lazy river is the perfect spot to relax and cool off. Along with the amazing spa! Complete with watching the fireworks from the balcony at night.
