Ahhh, it’s the most wonderful time of the year! The boxes of fall and halloween decor have made their way in from the garage and I’m happily sprinkling pumpkins around the house. September is funny because in Florida, it’s just so hot. There is absolutely no signs of fall yet. So as excited as I am to go full spooky season, I sometimes start slow, welcoming fall with a pumpkin here and there. I kept it pink and rattan to match our existing decor in our sitting and dining rooms. After Halloween is over, I will likely transition back to this for Thanksgiving. I’m also so torn because I love this look but I also embrace the blacks and oranges of Halloween. It doesn’t match our house whatsoever but our sitting room, with the vaulted ceiling, is just the best area to make spooky with floating witch hats and all.
