Happy October friends. I’m writing this much later in the month than original planned. With back to back hurricanes, life got crazy and this month has totally flown by. It makes me a little sad because I love October and Halloween. I feel like some of the joy was stolen worrying about the storms (not to mention all the home prep that goes in to it and then deciding to evacuate). So we’re making up for lost time these last two weeks of October and planning to pack in the Halloween fun. The inside of our home was decorated early of course. The outside has seen better days, however we did decide to put Skelly back because third times a charm, right?!
This year I kept things pretty similar as I did last year because I loved it so much! We added the floating candles which have been so festive and cozy. Z loves using the wand to turn them on. My big purchase was Skelly dog (he needed a friend, duh). I picked up the viral rattan ghosts from TJ Maxx and the adorable ghost place mats from Home Goods. See, I was good. Kind of 😉
