This is a long overdue post of one of my absolute favorites from 2017. Molly & Austin are both long time family friends and it was such a joy and honor to work on their stunning wedding. We went CRAZY with stationery and I also did photography so it was really fun to see this all come together on the day. If you have never visited Boca Grande (a stay at The Gasparilla Inn specifically) you need to add it to your list!
We began with a mostly blue formal suite complete with a blue and pink illustrated map of Boca Grande. Light blue envelopes with dark blue calligraphy which opened to a floral monogramed envelope liner! We made booklet programs, fun itinerary cards with a larger version of the map for welcome bags, printed the map on the actual welcome bags, and created a toile pattern with Boca Grande icons & their pup, Stella – which Sarah had printed on candy bars, cookies, water bottles, coozies and more! We used the crest outline for table numbers and menus with hand painted names for place cards on the tables. I painted a mirror for the bar and a smaller watercolor sign for the signature cocktail. Last but not least, hand painted escort tags with blue tassels displayed in pretty gold frames! CAN’T EVEN DEAL WITH HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS ALL.
