We were *lucky* enough (lucky in my humble opinion) to get a snow day while we were in New York for the show last month. Being that we don’t have a winter here in Florida, Hunter and I were super excited to wake up to this beautiful winter wonderland! We’ve been staying at the Hudson Hotel which is a short few blocks through Columbus Circle to get to Central Park. We wandered for hours this day taking a million photos! Among other highlights of the trip, we saw cirque du sole’s Paramour on Broadway and it was amazing! We took the Staten Island ferry to visit friends who made us dinner one night. We went to Shake Shack of course because it’s irresistible and that portobello veggie burger is too good. We always eat dinner at Rosa Mexicano too, another favorite. The trade shows are really long days so I’m pretty proud of us for getting out and doing something every night, we always make a point to try something fun and different or do one touristy thing while were there. I’m already looking forward to our trip for NSS in May!
